Parent & Caregiver Support

As parents and caregivers, we are some of the most important teachers in our kids' lives.

That's why it's critical to know how and where to get the support we need when we need it the most. We hope you find the resources on this page helpful as you navigate these unprecedented times. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out at info@comeback-kids.com.

Parenting Talks

Through our parent and caregiver talks, we share practical, actionable strategies backed by evidence-based research to support the whole family's mental health and well-being.

We hope to inform and inspire parents and caregivers to learn and lean into several straight-forward approaches we recommend. These approaches will help them take care of themselves so they can more fully connect, communicate and collaborate with their children as everyone navigates the next wave of the pandemic.

As we all embark on another school year - with all of the excitement and jitters that come along with baci-to-school season - we have the added stress and strain of sending our kids back into the classroom sa Delta cases continue to rise.

During our one-hour discussion, we will address how parents and caregivers can manage their anxiety and worry while also discovering the best ways to support their children. We'll share tips on how to support kids as they transition back, what warning signs to look for

In this Let’s Talk, join in a discussion with Licensed Professional Counselor Denese Marshall on how to best support children and how to manage through the anxiety that goes with back-to-school season, especially during a pandemic. Denese will share some best practices for supporting kids as they transition from summer break to the classroom and how parents and caregivers can help their kids at any age stay healthy, happy and focused on learning.

Let’s Talk focuses on peer learning, so come ready to share some of what’s working for your family and learn from others as the school year gets underway.
